These cats are very accomplished musicians performing eclectic music and have garnered quite a following in the Bay Area.
The musicians are mostly touring musicians that claim SLP as their home-base band when in town. Truly a band of real all stars!
The Street Lucy Project is also known for its high energy up tempo jazz funk fusion which is always accompanied by *some good old school dance funk and soul music.
Tony Johns on Hammond organ-synthesizer-vocals leads the band and cut his teeth in the soulful churches of Chicago and the blues clubs of the Northside.
