Welcome to the David Nelson Summer Solstice Campout Weekend. Make sure to get your tickets purchased early, as tickets go fast.
Lots of space to roam freely with friends. Hiking trails, Swimming for the kids at the Pool with adults present. Arts & Crafts for kids in the Corral Stage Area. No campfires or cooking. There is food and drinks for purchase. We have contained wood burning metal fireplaces & propane heaters.
Bring: flashlights & camping gear, hiking boots, swimsuits & beach towels, low back chairs, pop ups ok. We have warm summer nights, but bring warm clothes for night time, temps just in case. Free spring water on tap, so bring your water bottles to fill up fresh water from our spring.
There will be catered food, breakfast choices, lunch & dinner, popsicles, tea, coffee, beverages, beer, water, & soft drinks for purchase.
Wine Tasting with Two Free Wine tasting tickets per adult, per day. Our wine & olive oil are for purchase. Free Wine Poster at our merch table. Dog are ok as long as the owners can take responsibility for their dogs and keep them leashed.
There is Free camping available for all Tent & Auto Camping, There is a fee for RV Parking and the RV Campsites are limited. Best to load in on Friday to get the best spots. Here at Le Vin Winery, we have 4 campground areas. Tent Camping at Bucks Corral. Parking, Tent, & Auto Camping in the Fox Grove. RV Camping in the Oak Grove.
Extreme camping with 4WD only at Eagles Camp.
ACCOMMODATIONS if you prefer not to camp, there are other accomodations available in Geyserville, only 20 minutes away.

Retreat House, 13 beds, $900 per night. This is the one that I may separately rent the three enclosed bedrooms and the two five-bed dorm-type spaces.
In a pinch there is also a queen size couch bed.
2 Cob Huts - sleeps two, $120 ea per night

Accommodations available in Geyserville, only 20 minutes away. Reservations at Isis Oasis Sanctuary in Geyserville, where the Grateful Dead recorded 2 albums in their Grand Hall, Terrapin Station and Shakedown Street. Jerry Garcia loved coming here. Pet Friendly, dogs must be on leash, on the grounds, and you must take your dog with you when you leave for the day. Do not leave your dog in your room. Cabernet Cabin at ISIS OASIS is available for Sunday June 23rd only, King Bed and Single Bed, is available and reserved for DNB Concert.

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer.
From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person.
All ages are welcome, but you must be at least age 21 to consume any alcoholic beverages.
PARKING
After you are checked in the gate will open. Gate only stays open for 18 seconds. Move quickly through gate up hill to the parking attendant. Let them know if you are RV parking, Camping with tent only in campground called Buck's Corral, or setting up a campsite with your car parked next to your tent or sleeping in your vehicle in the Fox Grove, or just day parking. Oak Grove is for RVs. Buck's Corral, near activities, is for tent camping only, Fox Grove is for Parking and Camping with vehicle, or day parking. Eagle’s Camp is for 4WD only. for more remote camping and hiking. Someone will drive you to 2nd gate where festivities are if you can’t walk up the hill. Ask for a ride. People who are Tent camping only will drive up to 2nd gate, on the left, to drop off tent and gear to set up your camp. If you are bringing low back chairs and/or Pop up tents. bring up to second gate on the left to drop off supplies and then go and park you car down in Fox Grove.
OTHER INFORMATION
All dogs must be on leash and please take responsibility to clean up after your dog.
Bring bathing suits and beach towels, if you want to go swimming in the pool. All children must have an adult in the fenced pool area with them. The white door on the back of the ranch house is the half bath at the pool for your use. Jacuzzi and Sauna are not included in this event.
