Welcome to the 2nd Annual David Nelson Summer Solstice Campout Weekend. Make sure to get your tickets purchased early, as tickets are going fast. I will be sending everyone directions to all Ticket Holders next week. Purchase tickets before the event.

A joyous gathering of music on the Summer Solstice. This uplifting experience leaves everyone feeling grateful for being in attendance.
Lots of space to roam freely with friends. Hiking trails, Swimming for the kids at the Pool with adults present. Arts & Crafts for kids. No campfires or cooking. There will be catered food, breakfast choices, lunch & dinner, popsicles, tea, coffee, beverages, beer, water, & soft drinks for purchase. Coffee truck, Breakfast Nook, Tasting Room & beer for purchase, free wine tickets. 

CAMPING AT THE EVENT  It's going to be a hot weekend, bring shade items, sunscreen, misquito spray, pop ups. We get cool breezes in the afternoon. We will have misters and shade, plus you can chill in the barn and tasting room and still see the main stage. Sest to stay out of the direct sun for long perieods of time.
It's a Strawaberry Solstice Full Moon!
Bring: flashlights & camping gear, hiking boots, swimsuits & beach towels, low back chairs, pop ups ok. We have warm summer nights with cool brezes from the coast., but bring warm clothes for night time temps, just in case. We have 2 new hot water Star Showers and dressing rooms. Free spring water on tap, so bring your water bottles to fill up fresh water from our spring. We are excited to announce we have the NEW indoor Star Stage in the main indoor center of the barn. There will be Music in between acts, while the main stage is getting geared for the next bands. Also the Corral Stage outdoors will have other happenings!
Wine Tasting with Two Free Wine tasting tickets per adult, per day. Our wine & olive oil are for purchase. Free Wine Poster at our merch table. Dogs are ok as long as the owners can take responsibility for their dogs and keep them leashed. Gated garden for dogs to roam free with a deck with views in all directions for you to be
there with your dogs.
There is Camping available for all. The Fox Grove: Tent & Auto Camping The Oak Grove: RV Parking. Best to load RV in on Friday to get the best spots. Bucks Corral: Tent camping only, plus VIP Camping. Eagle Camp: Extreme wilderness camping with 4WD only. Hikers can hike to Eagles Camp fr more awesome views!

ACCOMMODATION UPDATE: If you prefer not to camp, there are other accommodations available in Geyserville, & Cloverdale only 15 to 20 minutes away.

MOTEL 8 - RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE: MOTEL 8 in Cloverdale is accepting reservations (21 rooms are available). All items are non-refundable.

Item Transfer Policy

If this event allows ticket transfers, you can transfer tickets to someone else by going into your confirmation email > View & Manage Order > Edit Ticket Info / Transfer. 

From there, you can change the name on the ticket & email it to the transferred person. 

Age Restriction

All ages are welcome, but you must be at least age 21 to consume any alcoholic beverages. 

Miscellaneous Policies

PARKING
After you are checked in the gate will open. Gate only stays open for 18 seconds. Move quickly through gate up hill to the parking attendant. Let them know if you are RV parking, Camping with tent only in campground called Buck's Corral, or setting up a campsite with your car parked next to your tent or sleeping in your vehicle in the Fox Grove, or just day parking. Oak Grove is for RVs. Buck's Corral, near activities, is for tent camping only, Fox Grove is for Parking and Camping with vehicle, or day parking. Eagle’s Camp is for 4WD only. for more remote camping and hiking. Someone will drive you to 2nd gate where festivities are if you can’t walk up the hill. Ask for a ride. People who  are Tent camping only will drive up to 2nd gate, on the left, to drop off tent and gear to set up your camp. If you are bringing low back chairs and/or Pop up tents. bring up to second gate on the left to drop off supplies and then go and park you car down in Fox Grove. 

OTHER INFORMATION
All dogs must be on leash and please take responsibility to clean up after your dog. 
Bring bathing suits and beach towels, if you want to go swimming in the pool. All children must have an adult in the fenced pool area with them. The white door on the back of the ranch house is the half bath at the pool for your use. Jacuzzi and Sauna are not included in this event.
